In order to make the Harvest Festival a success we need your help. Please call the rectory office (559) 673-3290 if you want to be a part of the Harvest Festival. We are in need of volunteers, monetary donations, and item donations.

Volunteer
Would you like to donate your time? We are always in need of extra help. We have many areas in which you can lend a hand. You can help out our ministries run their booths, sell tickets, set up, and clean up. Perhaps you have a special skill you would like to contribute to the Festival. Do you know how to face paint, decorate, or cook? Come and join us. VOLUNTARIO

Envelope giving
Have you ever wanted to assist at the harvest festival but you didn't have the time or energy to physically help? Here’s a way you can volunteer and help out. In the boxes where the bulletins are, you will find envelopes. They have the cost of items we rent that are needed for the festival. If you want to “volunteer” to help cover the cost of rented items, simply take an envelope, make your donation, & drop it in the collection basket or take it to the Rectory. If you want to make a general donation rather than giving to specific item, you are welcome to do so. By “volunteering” with a donation envelope, you will be helping out in a big way help the festival be a success. ENTREGA DE SOBRES
Alguna vez ha querido ayudar en el festival de la cosecha pero no tiene el tiempo o la energía para ayudar físicamente? Aquí hay una manera en que puede ser voluntario y ayudar. Item donation
During the Festival we run a live and silent auction as well as a raffle. We are always happy to accept donations of new items for these events. Some ideas are movie tickets, gift baskets, kitchen items, religious items, and plants. We welcome any item. Perhaps you are skilled in making soaps, quilts, or jams. We also would like donations to help out our ministry food booths. Would you like to help by donating food ingredients, kitchen ware, water, and sodas? Please get in touch. DONACIÓN DE ARTÍCULOS

Business
Are you a business looking to give back to the community of Madera. The Harvest Festival is the largest fundraiser held at St. Joachim's parish. In order to obtain success of this years festival we are trying to generate cash donation, or commitments of contribution: water, ice, sodas, etc. We also need sponsorships of tables, chairs, canopies to offset the costs of our wonderful event.
